Crémant Graubuenden

2018

Traubensorten Pinot Noir
Trinktemperatur 10° - 12°

Johannes is undoubtedly bringing a breath of fresh air to the business – please don't be angry, dear Irene, that's the way of the world, but I don't need to tell you that... and I'm really happy for you! Because from my point of view, there is nothing better than having family by your side!

So, now to this wine, which has already made quite a splash – of course, it's a sparkling wine! No, just kidding, this is a serious, really great sparkling wine, which is not often found in Switzerland. Pinot Noir, without dosage, bone dry. The wine has turned color very slightly, it smells heavenly of ripe cherries, with a hint of yeast and a little bit of brioche – why brioche, I can't say, maybe my nose is just shot. But that's not really important, because the wine is just insanely complex, wonderfully vinous and only a little “bubbly” (exactly how I like it), with a robust structure, fine tannins and a great length. The finish is so succulent that you have to swallow again because your saliva is pouring in. Try this great sparkling wine. I am sure you will enjoy it very much, provided you like it complex and really dry!
