Tino Kuban works traditionally in the best sense of the word, but always with the latest knowledge. He tests boundaries and works uncompromisingly to perfect his wines. Many small, controlled, careful steps lead him to his goal. No matter what we have tasted from Tino so far, it has been fascinating and captivating. Kuban's wines surprise us and often recalibrate our perception. So be warned that if you manage to get your hands on a bottle from Maison Glandien in a restaurant, you may well find yourself putting your Leflaives and Lafons, your Rousseaus and Roumiers up for auction.
