In 1999, Jacques Tatasciore swapped the office for the vineyard and has never regretted it for a second. Nevertheless, his education has had a considerable influence on him. Positively, in my opinion, because Jacques is a perfectionist. Only if a wine meets his standards - and they are high, as high as those of the biggest names in Burgundy - will it be bottled. And Jacques Tatasciore only sells the wine when it begins to present itself well. This requires a lot of patience from the winemaker, his friends and fans. But the patience is worth it!
