Chavignol Rosé

Yes ok, officially the wine has no vintage, but it was made from grapes that Pascal harvested in the fall of 2022. So it is certainly not a solera wine, which was composed from wines of different vintages. But who cares about the vintage or the reason why it doesn't have one, the only important thing is to know that the wine is good. And it does, and HOW it does it! Wow, this aroma, you could almost believe you have a Sauvignon Blanc in your glass, but the wine is far too pink for that. Nevertheless, this scent of redcurrants is simply beguiling. But wait, there is much more to discover, and it doesn't stop there. Bizarre tomato aromas, herbal notes, the actual scent of bacon and the omnipresent blackcurrant create a hellishly beguiling perfume. The wine is fresh and wonderfully fruity on the palate, flows almost without resistance and finishes wonderfully juicy and to the point. This wine is sure to put a smile on your face. It's just a shame that there are so few of them!
