That's absolute madness! Can you imagine spending a week, day in, day out, just plucking individual grapes from the bunches? In the cool cellar, not in the balmy fall sun, no, no. At some point your fingers get stiff from the cold and the laborious work slows down even more, seemingly never ending. You can't, can you? But that's exactly how this wine is made, plucked one grape at a time, uno per uno! Only absolutely perfect grapes have been processed here - sweet and perfectly ripe, but not overripe. This is the quintessence. And the wine... hmm, what can I say. I've never had anything like it in my glass. The aroma is pure and the wine seems to be infinitely deep. Fruity aromas alternate with smoky, mineral and spicy notes, combining to create an improbable fragrance. The palate is in harmony, the wine seems to flow like silk. As good as it gets!
