Cabernet Sauvignon Tychson Hill

Tychson Hill is always a very special moment when the cork comes out of one of these bottles. A pure Cabernet Sauvignon from a wonderful vineyard that is as well-tended as the Sun King's Park. Somehow it goes without saying that this vineyard grows fruit that produces perfect wine. The bar is set high, but Ann and her team manage to inspire us anew every year. Of course, not only with this wine, but also. Tychson Hill grows on Spring Mountain on the other, western side of the valley, where the nights tend to be cooler and the days warm. A great location! The wine smells black berry and incredibly deep. The aroma is also spicy, with cloves and lavender flowers, chocolate and coffee. On the palate, the wine is incredibly complex, yet it flows silky and is full of wonderfully ripe fruit. The finish is wonderfully sweet and seems never-ending! Chapeau!
