What I have learned in recent years is that Marie-Thérèse is always open to something new. That's refreshing and unconventional. Not that she needs a new wine, her range is already incredibly broad. But it's down to Valais' enormous diversity of varieties and even more to Marie-Thérèse's curiosity. She wants to try everything and is eager to gain experience, learn something and incorporate what she has learned into her production. This is how Le Petite Grange was born. Syrah, Cornalin and Caberent Franc, an unusual combination. BUT an incredibly exciting, even mysterious one. A profound bouquet that smells wonderfully of black truffles and those thick black cherries. Of course, there are also spicy components, such as star anise, vanilla and liquorice. The wine is dense on the palate, with silky tannins shaping it. The wine shows contours, length and a juicy, long finish. This wine is a true enrichment!
