Finally, a mature wine on offer at Studer, some will say. And yes, that's right, we don't have many mature wines to offer. That's why anyone who loves a mature, modern Merlot from a relatively cool climate but a generous year should snap up a few bottles of Angerer's delicious 2018 Merlot.

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate lightening at the rim. Fine precious wood spice, dark forest berries, black cherries, delicate mineral touch. Medium complexity, dark berry fruit.

Meanwhile, the tannins of this wine are as fine as silk and the finish is long, balanced, and wonderfully malty sweet.
