AVIZOISE Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

Avizose is a Grand Cru wine that grows in Lieu-Dits Robards and Voie D Epernay. Two of the most beautiful sites and of course the best sites in the whole of Avize. Pascal makes this breathtaking wine from the Chardonnay grown here. Wow! Whenever I have this wine in my glass, I'm always amazed and unfortunately that's MUCH too rare. Then I close my eyes and let myself drift in this wonderful, unique perfume of wine. Wonderful floral notes, lime blossom and Amalfi lemon peel meet up with roasted hazelnuts and a touch of almonds. I finally bring the glass to my mouth and expect a lot, because the aroma of the wine is so promising, which is often difficult to fulfill. But not for the Avizose, which delivers what it promises. Dense and multi-layered, never-ending, it inevitably leads me to take a sip again and again, but only to check whether I am actually awake!
