The Agraparts have planted six different grape varieties, namely Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and, watch out, Arbane and Petit Meslier, on the plot of just 2000 square meters in La Fosse, which they all harvest together and ferment spontaneously in used wooden barrels. Complantée! From all these varieties, a spicy wine matures over the years, which is also capable of hazelnut and butter, yet already presents itself in a lavishly mineral fragrance and packs a delicately smoky bubble. On the palate, the wine is first powerful and then shows its pithy structure, which shapes it and gives it length and precision. Citrus peel and ginger bring a great freshness to the retro aromas and allow the wine to linger for an incredibly long time. What a great wine that will certainly continue to grow with a little bottle age. Once it really opens up, I can't guarantee anything!
