No, seriously, this is a serious, truly magnificent sparkling wine that is not often found in Switzerland. Pinot Noir, without dosage, bone dry. The wine has turned a very light color, it smells heavenly of ripe cherries, with a hint of yeast and a little brioche – why brioche, I can't say... maybe my nose is just shot. But that's not really important, because the wine is just insanely complex, wonderfully vinous and only very slightly “sparkling” (just how I like it) with a robust structure, fine tannins and a great length. The finish is so juicy that you have to swallow again because the saliva flows in streams. Try this great sparkling wine.
