Crémant d'Alsace Brut Nature Esquisse «21|22»

Traubensorten Pinot Noir
Trinktemperatur 10° - 12°

Franck Buecher is – like us – a bit of a perfectionist. Yes, even a clown, which Franck undoubtedly is, can strive for perfection and therefore also be serious. Anyone who has ever tasted his wines will immediately confirm this. Buecher's crémants are not only among the best Alsace has to offer, they also hold their own against the best winemaker champagnes – not to mention the other, industrially produced fizzy drinks, which we won't even mention.

Franck's Esquisse is made from almost equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Auxerrois. The fruit comes from Buecher's young vines. NO, that's not always a disadvantage, not necessarily. Here, as you will see, the result is thoroughly commendable and a lot of fun. It has a wonderful yellow fruit aroma, with a few pear and apple aromas on top and a hint of delicate brioche aromas. Wonderful! The wine fills the palate impressively. Unexpected for many, but we who know Buecher expected that even his “little one” would bring a lot of energy, juicy and almost a little ‘zesty’ – I simply cannot put this feeling into words better than “it makes your tongue click, incredulous and testing again and again, because it is so indescribably delicious.” ... or should I resort to “umami”? – a powerfully appetizing, fresh, and totally juicy crémant that will bring great joy not only to you, but also to your friends and relatives, all your loved ones, and will cause surprised faces much more often than you think.
