With the name ‘Park Avenue’ – synonymous with luxury – Mark aims to convey just how precious this terroir, situated between his Lauren and CIX vineyards, is to him. Great wines are grown here!

Park Avenue Chardonnay is exotic and multi-faceted, unfolding in waves of floral, citrus and spicy notes. Initially, complex aromas of lemongrass, mint and candied grapefruit emerge, followed by lime leaves and mandarin peel. With a little more aeration, mineral notes of flint and slate appear, accompanied by white tea and candied ginger. On the palate, the wine is just as multi-faceted, with flavours of lemon oil, Tahitian vanilla, white pepper and key lime pie. With its dense texture and supported by its fresh acidity, the Park Avenue Chardonnay is designed for long ageing and will continue to develop in the cellar for a decade or more.
