It smells of roasted hazelnuts, citrus fruits - I think mainly grapefruit - crunchy green pears and a hint of gunpowder. Brilliant, this fragrance! The wine is just as brilliant on the palate. Its power and this silky texture that lies on the palate, which is washed away by a wonderfully integrated, ripe acidity and allows a fascinating mineral, juicy, almost never-ending, breathtaking finish to begin, which even the most privileged wine connoisseurs and gourmets are rarely allowed to experience in this quality.
