Admittedly, Vide Bourse was a completely unknown site for me in the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation until I had the opportunity to taste this wine from Joseph Colin. Without being pretentious, you often think you've seen, heard and tasted everything. But fortunately this is never the case! So it is always exciting to discover new things, to develop enthusiasm, to realize how diverse our planet is. Especially when you discover a wine like Vide Bourse. Completely unbiased, the wine begins the dialog and sends out great Tarocco orange aromas, surrounded by a hint of toasted brioche, all bedded on deep wax and white peach aromas. The way the wine fans out is spectacular. Full-bodied and confident, it flows onto the palate, putting on a fabulous show and, after countless curtains, finishing wonderfully fresh, salivating and almost crisply mineral. Applause, applause!
