Sauvignon Blanc

Ahhhh, how it smells, this Sauvignon Blanc nose is wonderful. No one in the Herrschaft can pull it off as characteristically as Irene. Yes, yes, I know, but we like this type of Sauvignon best, so open and lavishly aromatic. On the palate, the wine becomes more serious, not only fruit dominates, no, minerality is also present and not in short supply. However, the wine remains fruity, fresh and juicy, just as a great Sauvignon Blanc should be in our eyes!
