Bourgogne BLANC

The grapes for Jobard-Morey's wonderful Bourgogne Blanc grow in a famous neighborhood. The vines for this wine are located directly above Clos des Perrières, just outside the Meursault appellation – a borderline Bourgogne Blanc, then. But once again, we don't let ourselves be influenced by ancient borders, by names, but rather focus on what is in front of us in the glass. And that, that is absolutely hot. The way this white wine smells is incredible, almost a bit exotic. Or maybe it's just wonderfully fruity, because what I smell isn't really exotic in and of itself. Or do you think that peach flavors combined with a classic citrus scent and a hint of butter brioche are exotic? Perhaps it is the peach scent, which is somewhat unusual in Burgundy, that led me to use this expression. The best thing is to form your own impression of this wonderfully dense, powerful and yet lively wine, whose acidity, which gives the wine enormous energy on the palate, Mother Nature has incorporated perfectly.
