Meursault Les Narvaux

I was just raving to you about the Meursault Tillets and how much I like it. And rightly so! But when Valentin poured his Narvaux into my glass... wow... it was quite a sight for my nose. You don't get something like that in your glass every day, I can promise you that. Such a bright, radiant bouquet is simply fascinating. The indescribably expressive bouquet, which ranges from wonderfully juicy pear flavors to a mysterious orange oil scent to feather-light, almost fleeting yet incredibly present, fine, graceful floral scent, is magical. And as if that wasn't enough of a good thing, everything is surrounded by a scent that reminds me of a light summer rain falling on warm asphalt, a highly mineral component in the perfume of perhaps the best wine from the lieu-dit Narvaux! Energy, yes, one might be tempted to speak of class, of which the wine has plenty. Despite its strong personality, it is supple and elegant, with a long, salty, and thus mineral finish. A striking wine that you should definitely try if you like white Burgundy wines. Well, good, no, great white Burgundy wines. But only then!
