Neuchâtel Pinot Noir Les Rissieux

It all began here in Les Rissieux! Steeply sloping and protected by a forest to the north, Rissieux is home to Tatasciore's genetic holy grail. Lovingly tied bows mark his best vines. All of Jacques' new plantings, which are not few in number given their size, draw on his favorite plants in Les Rissieux. Jacques multiplied these vines using Selection Massale and ensured that only the best material was planted. And this is what you can expect from his wines, in addition to their unmistakable Burgundian character. A light-colored wine with a wonderful aroma of ripe cherries, raspberries, and perhaps, deep down, blackberries. Of course, there are also herbal notes alongside the floral ones, both of which add further dimensions to the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is powerful, yet refined, even elegant. Its structure is of impeccable quality and perfectly integrated into the body. A magical Burgundy of the highest caliber!
